WOD Roulette is an app for Android devices that lets you choose from over 1,500 workouts and exercises for a completely random and unplanned session at the gym or at home.
What is WOD Roulette?
The app has two modes:
METCON: short for Metric con task o f f c e r a t i o n a l l t h e m p e n d i n g. The goal is to do a specific number of reps/weights for a given time. The weights are calculated by the app, and you can change them or add new ones. The number of reps is a fixed value.
LIFTING: this mode is more fun and allows more flexibility.
You can use either your phone or tablet for the app.
When you're at the gym, you can use your phone to warm up and get ready for your session.
